Terms of Use
Terms for using Rescue Feline Voices’ website, resources, and external links.
Using this website
Effective October 19, 2019. These terms apply to rescuefelinevoices.org. Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, impersonate another person, or submit false information.
Animal listings and availability
Animal listings are supplied through an external ShelterManager feed. Availability, location, and profile details can change. A listing does not reserve an animal, promise approval, or establish an adoption contract. Contact the relevant team before traveling or making an adoption decision; any adoption arrangement is governed by a separate agreement.
Educational resources
Pet-care resources are general educational information, not individualized veterinary, medical, or legal advice. Consult a qualified veterinarian about your animal’s health or behavior. Original third-party resources may contain their publisher’s branding, contact details, or location-specific instructions; these are not Rescue Feline Voices contact details.
External services
Links to PayPal, GreatNonprofits, and animal profiles lead to independently operated services with their own terms and privacy policies. Review the recipient and service terms before submitting information or making a payment. We do not control those services.
Content and permitted use
Website materials may be protected by copyright or other rights held by their respective owners. You may use resources for personal, noncommercial reference, subject to the original publisher’s terms. Please ask before republishing or using branding to imply endorsement.
Service and responsibility
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the completeness of third-party content. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact and updates
Questions may be directed to Rescue Feline Voices, 2700 Beacon Hill Road, Alexandria, VA 22306, +1 502 262 3634, or info@rescuefelinevoices.org. We may update these terms as the site changes; the effective date will be revised.
